                                                                        FATHERHOOD EVENT JUNE 14, 2013

 

 

Tuskegee Housing Authority, in partnership with Tuskegee Macon County Community Development Corporation, invites you to join us in promoting and encouraging Fatherhood in our community. Bring your father figure (Dad, Stepdad, Uncle, Brother, Granddad, Mom, Grandmother, etc.) to this event!

 

Friday, June 14, 2013, 6:00 p.m-9:00 p.m. : “A Date with Dad…TIES to family, Church, and Community II.” The event location is the THA Life Development Center, Benson Avenue- A movie, gifts for Dad, door prizes. FUN! FUN! FUN!

ATTENTION PARTICIPANTS

The primary objective of this class is facilitating the entrepreneur developing his/her business plan. The focus of the course will be to use the computer resources available at Tuskegee Macon County CDC to write your plan. Please, keep in mind you will need a plan to obtain financing because this ensures investors that the entrepreneur has a well-thought out strategy to implement and successfully operate the business. 

 

TUSKMAC CDC SUPPORTS THE FOLLOWING HOUSING PROGRAMS:

 

HBCU HUD Housing Renovation Project (grant)

Federal Home Loan Bank Set Aside (5-year forgivable loan)

United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) 503 & 504 (loans & forgivable loan)

 

TUSKMAC CDC is directly involved in the intake process and project management of the HBCU HUD housing renovation project.

 

TUSKMAC CDC is directly involved in the intake process and partners with First Tuskegee Bank on the Federal Home Loan Bank Set Aside.

 

TUSKMAC CDC provides applications and information on the USDA 503& 504

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:

 

Property Deed, Resident ownership- you must be living in the home and have owned it for at least one year (rental properties do not qualify) and your name must be on the deed

 

Have a valid state I.D. & social security card

 

Have proof of income or sign off on assets affidavit

 

* Identify all current occupants of the property

 

PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE INCOME ELIGIBILITY, HOUSING CONDITIONS, AND AGE RESTRICTIONS ON SOME OF THESE FUNDS. THERE ARE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF FUNDS AVAILABLE
